Authorized IPAM IPControl (GUI) users will not be able to make DNS or DHCP changes while the Executive upgrade occurs. No DNS/DHCP services will be impacted.

No inbound or outbound email will be processed in TDX during the maintenance. Users can still submit and edit tickets but will not receive emails until the maintenance is complete.

The Admissions V: drive will be unavailable during the maintenance period.
Reason for the change:
ITS is upgrading the operating system. (ID # 575078)
Impact of the change:
Patriot Web, Banner Admin Apps, the Password change site, and 25Live will not be available. Ellucian Workflow will not be able to retrieve data from Banner. The LMSs will not be able to push grades to Banner.
Reason for the change:
ITS is applying Ellucian upgrades to address defects and enhance functionality. (ID # 574324)
Impact of the change on users:
The ITS web team and the vendor will conduct maintenance to migrate the Materiell/WPEngine WordPress websites. There will be a short outage or disruption to access during the SSL issuance on the new host servers toward the end of the maintenance. The outages will last from a few seconds to a few minutes. However, to ensure the updates run smoothly, please refrain from making non-critical website updates during this timeframe.
