Update Duo ADFS Agent

Impact of the change on users:

All new ADFS Single-sign-on (SSO)/Microsoft Office sign-ins will be unavailable during this outage.

Reason for the change:

Duo requires an update to the installed agent due to a change in its certificate authority (CA). (ID # 746499)

Banner, DataMart, Decentralized Systems & Patriot Web Unavailable

Impact of the change:

Patriot Web, Banner Admin Apps, the Password change site, and 25Live will not be available. Ellucian Workflow will not be able to retrieve data from Banner. The LMSs will not be able to push grades to Banner.

Reason for the change:

ITS is applying Ellucian upgrades to address issues and enhance functionality. (ID # 550347)

Employee Self Service Maintenance

Impact of the change on users:

Employee Self Service will be briefly unavailable while the new version is deployed. No other Banner applications will be impacted.

Reason for the change:

These upgrades address tax-related changes for W-2s, 1099, and other tax forms (ID # 745175)

Mobile Printing, EHS Training & CASO Services Unavailable

Impact of the change on users:

Pharos/Canon mobile printing, EHS Training (ehassistant.gmu.edu), and Card Access Security Office (CASO) services may be unavailable during the maintenance period.

Reason for the change:

ITS is applying Microsoft security updates. (ID # 746463)

IPControl GUI Maintenance

Impact of the change on users:

Authorized IPAM IPControl (GUI) users will not be able to make DNS or DHCP changes while the Executive update occurs. No DNS/DHCP services will be impacted.

Reason for the change:

ITS is improving IPAM service security. (ID #739839)
