Mason Labs’ desktop may be intermittently unavailable during the maintenance period.

ITS will perform standard maintenance on Patriot Virtual Computing and Labs (PVCL) to update the software for the Spring semester. (ID # 749188)

There will be a brief interruption in System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) and software licensing services for 10 – 15 minutes while the affected servers reboot.
Reason for the change:
ITS is updating the SCCM servers. (ID # 748509)
Impact of the change on users:
Pharos/Canon mobile printing, EHS Training (ehassistant.gmu.edu), and Card Access Security Office (CASO) services may be unavailable during the maintenance period.
Reason for the change:

All new ADFS Single-sign-on (SSO)/Microsoft Office sign-ins will be unavailable during this outage.
Reason for the change:
Duo requires an update to the installed agent due to a change in its certificate authority (CA). (ID # 746499)
Impact of the change:
Patriot Web, Banner Admin Apps, the Password change site, and 25Live will not be available. Ellucian Workflow will not be able to retrieve data from Banner. The LMSs will not be able to push grades to Banner.
Reason for the change:
