Some users may experience an error message when signing into Azure Dev Tools for Teaching that states the user has an Incorrect account type. See below for a screenshot of the error message.
Users who receive this error message should submit a new Microsoft support request then sign in with the account they are having issues with. You must put “Reset PUID request” as the Issue Title of the support ticket for the Microsoft Support Team to handle it properly.
