On Sunday, October 18, from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m., several IT services, including Patriot Web, Banner-dependent applications, and the Patriot Pass Password reset process, will be unavailable while Information Technology Services (ITS) conducts required testing. Testing may not take the full maintenance period (7 a.m. to 5 p.m.), but services will be restored when testing is complete.
Impact on the Mason Community
The following services will be unavailable during the maintenance period:
- Banner Admin
- Banner-dependent applications
- Budget & Travel
- Degree Works
- HR Intranet
- MicroStrategy reports using the RPRT database (Note: MicroStrategy reports not using the RPRT database will not be affected)
- Password Resets/Duo Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) Enrollment via password.gmu.edu
- RPRT database
- Patriot Web Self Service
- Transfer Equivalency
