Kaltura MyMedia Videos Unavailable
Resolved Alert:
Users are now able to access Kaltura My Media and videos are playing in Blackboard courses.
Kaltura has stated they continue to expand their capacity and monitoring to meet the unprecedented use of the system in the past few weeks.

Kaltura MyMedia – the video tool integrated with Blackboard – is unavailable. Videos using Kaltura in Blackboard courses will not play at this time. The issue has been reported to the company. Kaltura Capture users can continue to record and upload videos. Note: this does not affect the Collaborate Ultra web conferencing tool.
