Vonage Single Sign-On is currently not functioning
Resolved Alert:
The ability to sign into the Vonage Desktop Application using SSO (single sign on) has been resolved.
(Note: Departmental accounts, or accounts where a username and password is used to sign in was not been affected.)
If you continue to have issues accessing the Vonage app with SSO (single sign on) please contact the ITS Support Center at 703-993-8870 or via email at support@gmu.edu.

The ability to sign into the Vonage Desktop Application using single sign on is currently unavailable. Please do not sign out of any active sessions. If you are affected by this issue, please use the dial pad within MS Teams, or a desk phone.
Departmental accounts, or accounts where a username and password is used to sign in has not been affected.
We are working to resolve the issue.
