VCL Reservations Do Not Complete

Resolved Alert:

The VCL issue was a result of the failure of two systems in the cluster: the controller of the virtual machines and the system that automates the restarting of the controllers. Both systems were restarted and service was restored.

Initial Alert:

The Virtual Computing Lab (VCL) is currently experiencing problems creating reservations. ITS staff is assessing the problem and is working to resolve it as quickly as possible.
