TeamDynamix Service Interruption

Resolved Alert:

The issue with TeamDynamix, the ITS Ticketing system, has been resolved by the vendor. The vendor is putting safe guards in place to keep a similar issue from happening in the future.

Alert Updates:

The vendor has implemented a fix for the service performance issue and is continuing to monitor the system for new/continuing issues.

Initial Alert:

TeamDynamix, the ITS Ticketing system, is experiencing an issue with slowness and lack of connection. A ticket has been opened with the vendor and they have said they are seeing issues and are working to resolve all issues.
