The issue affecting the ITS Ticketing System client and technician portals has been resolved by the vendor. If you continue to have issues accessing service request forms, or the technician portal, please contact the Support Center to follow up.

Initial Alert:

ITS has received reports of difficulties using the ITS Ticketing system. This would affect the client and technician portals. Customers using the ITS Service Catalog to request services or report issues may or may not be able to reach the appropriate form after clicking on the button on the Service Catalog. Technicians may receive a message stating they do not have permission to access the application. The vendor is aware of the issue and working on it currently.
