Network Outage – Datacenter Switch

Resolved Alert:

At approximately 04:15 PM, a switch in the Datacenter went down causing a network outage for the police VCIN network. Engineers were quickly deployed to work on it and the switch was back online at 4:25PM.

GMU police department was notified before and after the incident.
