Network Outage – Avaya Phone Outage – Peterson Building

ITS has identified the cause and applied a work around.  All network services are back to normal.

Initial Alert:

At approximately 4:05 PM, the Peterson building experienced intermittent network issues lasted roughly 10 minutes.  The outage caused Avaya phones to be offline and performance issues for other network services.
