MyMedia and Videos in Blackboard Unavailable
Resolved Alert:
The issue is resolved. Users were unable to access MyMedia and Kaltura videos in Blackboard courses did not play from approximately 10:30AM to 1:30PM ET on August 26.

Videos using Kaltura MyMedia are unavailable in Blackboard courses. Users are unable to access their MyMedia library. Kaltura Inc. is working to resolve the hosted system as soon as possible.
