Apogee network engineers have resolved this issue and the onsite Apogee Field Service Rep has confirmed that he is seeing connectivity on all his devices. Mason has been experiencing nightly/early morning outages that are quick and lasting about 5 minutes as Apogee reboots the server. The server was rebooted this morning, however services have not come back up. Apogee network engineers are treating this with very high priority and continuing to troubleshoot.
