Initial Alert:

On Wed, Aug 7, 2024 between the hours of 2:30p – 7:30p we experienced mail delivery issues with some emails routed through smtpua.gmu.edu. During that time, some emails sent through that system to valid email addresses may have been returned as undeliverable. Emails sent through that system after 7:30p were processed as normal.

This system is an internal mail routing system and general email delivery would not have been impacted.
