Live Chat: Add Attachments and Persistence Across Pages Unavailable

Impact of the issue on users:
ITS is currently experiencing issues adding attachments to Live Chat, and persistence of Live Chat sessions across pages is unavailable in Live Chat in the WordPress site (its.gmu.edu) and the TeamDynamix client portal (https://gmu.teamdynamix.com/TDClient/33/Portal/Home/).
Important: Users should remain on the page with the active chat. Migrating to another tab may cause users to lose ongoing chats.

Reason for the issue:
Anthology cutover to a new chat client, and not all of the functions are working. ITS is working with the vendor to resolve the issues.
