Resolved Alert:

ITS corrected the issue and all affected Mason websites including Blackboard & Email are accessible.

However, some users may continue to experience intermittent problems or slowness with email services while information records are updated across the affected systems. It is expected that the issue will be completely cleared within a few hours once the records are refreshed.
