Issues with ResNet Network

Initial Alert:

ITS has received reports that users on the ResNet network in the dorms are unable to reach any gmu.edu domain resources for all campuses. The vendor is currently working to resolve this issue as quickly as possible. Updates will be provided as they become available.

Users on ResNet networks should contact the vendor, Apogee, for support. Either via phone at 844-459-7405, by texting “ResNet” (minus the quotes) to 84700, or via chat at MyResNet.com.
