Issues with accessing, or using, multiple Microsoft Office 365 services

Resolved Alert:

Microsoft has stated that, after a period of extended monitoring, they believe the issue with accessing, or using, multiple Microsoft Office 365 services has been resolved.

During this service incident, users may have experienced issues with accessing, or using, multiple Microsoft Office 365 services, to include:
Exchange Online
Microsoft 365 suite
Microsoft Power Automate in Microsoft 365
Microsoft Purview
Microsoft Teams
SharePoint Online

Some examples of issues users may have experienced are:
Users may be unable to access Exchange Online using the following impacted connection methods:
– Outlook on the web
– Outlook desktop client
– Users may experience mail transport delays.

Users may have been unable to use the following features within Microsoft Teams:
– Users may be unable to access or modify their calendar in Microsoft Teams. This would include loading calendar, viewing meetings, creating/updating meetings and joining meetings.
– Users are unable to create chat, add users and create or edited meetings.
– Users are unable to create or modify new teams and channels.
– Users may be unable to update presence.
– Users may be unable to use the search function.
– Users may not see updated list of files and links failing to load within the Chat shared tab.

Users may have been unable to use the search feature within SharePoint Online.

This was a service wide Microsoft Office 365 issue.

This issue may have impacted both the Microsoft Office 365 and MasonLive systems.

Microsoft has completed updates to their systems to address the issues with accessing, or using, multiple Microsoft Office 365 services. At this time, most issues should be resolved. Microsoft is continuing to monitor their systems.
