Initial Alert:

We are aware of intermittent 403 Forbidden errors on certain Mason websites when connected to the VPN network. As a workaround, if you need to view a website, please try logging off of VPN and refreshing your browser.

We have a ticket open with the vendor and are actively working with them on a resolution.
