The original issue of telephone problems with our Call Centers has been resolved. It appears that a downstream carrier that WCC/Veracity uses had been impacting their carriers and the end user phone numbers, had a DDOS attack. It took quite awhile to clear up the service and get it moved.(READ MORE)
Since 1pm, we have been experiencing telephone problems with our Call Centers. We’ve had dropped calls, no audio, inability to transfer callers, and calls disconnecting after a few seconds. Our vendor is working to resolve these issues.
