Intermittent Issues with Call Centers
Resolved Alert:
The original issue of telephone problems with our Call Centers has been resolved. It appears that a downstream carrier that WCC/Veracity uses had been impacting their carriers and the end user phone numbers, had a DDOS attack. It took quite awhile to clear up the service and get it moved.

Since 1pm, we have been experiencing telephone problems with our Call Centers. We’ve had dropped calls, no audio, inability to transfer callers, and calls disconnecting after a few seconds. Our vendor is working to resolve these issues.
We apologize for this inconvenience and if you need to call one of our call centers, please re-try if your call was disconnected.
