Initial Alert
Starting at approximately 12:40, The Banner Integration Hub is down. The impacts:
- Grades can’t be pushed from the LMS to Banner
- Ellucian Workflows can’t retrieve data from Banner nor push data to it.
- Salesforce integration with Banner is also not working.
The vendor is aware of the issue and is working on it.
