Brief EasyVista Outage
Initial Alert:
We have received reports of people receiving the following error message when trying to access EasyVista Service Manager:
EASYVISTA is not available for the Moment (SMOBroker not found).There may be a Maintenance Process. Please contact your Administrator for more Information.
This was due to an issue with the vendor. The issue has been resolved, total outage time was roughly 5 minutes. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact the ITS Support Center at 703-993-8870 or via email at support@gmu.edu.
