Resolved
Today, October 29, 2024, from 10:00am until approximately 11:20am, the production Banner database was having issues with new sessions being able to be started. This impacted users of the Banner Admin Apps, Patriot Web, and Workflow and prevented jobs from running in the job scheduler.
The issue has been resolved and the system is stable. We are continuing to monitor.
