Reason for the change:

Third-party maintenance. The Planetary Hall UPS/Power System upgrade construction project needs to shut down power in the Planetary Hall Network core. ITS will verify Planetary Hall Network core systems and their dependencies are available after the maintenance window. (ID # 259587)
