Transfer Call Center Lines (Automated Call Distribution): Phase 4

Impact of the change on users:

No impact is expected. Calls on the following call centers lines will be ported over to and handled in the Vonage Call Center (VCC):

  • Contemporary Student Services/Learning Services
  • Facilities & Facilities Elevator
  • Housing & Residence Life
  • HR & Payroll
  • Student Success Coaching

The remaining call center lines will be forwarded back to their existing Veracity lines.

Notes: Calls that are already in progress will not be affected.

Reason for the change:

ITS is moving call center lines to Vonage, Mason’s new telecom provider. (ID # 243258)
