TeamDynamix (TDX) Prod Upgrade

Impact of the change on users:

TeamDynamix (TDX) will be unavailable during the maintenance window. The Client Portal and the Technician Portal (TDNext) will be unavailable. Users will be unable to submit tickets via the its.gmu.edu website.

Reason for the change:

The vendor will be upgrading TeamDynamix (TDX). (ID # 573929)
