Reason for change:
ITS is updating the password.gmu.edu website to:
- Allow Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) when users try to retrieve password through claim codes or security questions.
- Allow users to enter a phone number on the Additional Information Page.
- Require users to review their Additional Information every 6 months.
