Impact of the change on users:
The wired and Wi-Fi networks on the first floor of the Katherine Johnson Building will experience intermittent outages as ITS consolidates the network switches. This will be a rolling outage, with each network connection experiencing a brief downtime of less than five minutes during consolidation.
Reason for the change:
ITS is upgrading switches. (ID # 741467)
This maintenance was initially scheduled for Sunday, November 16.
