Jamf Pro & Mason Self Service for Macs Unavailable

From August 2, 2022, 4:00 a.m. to August 2, 2022, 5:00 a.m.

Impact of the change on users:

Devices will still function normally; however, users may be logged out of Jamf Pro and/or Mason Self Service for Macs during the maintenance window. Additionally, users will not be able to enroll Macs in Jamf (mac.gmu.edu).

Reason for the change:

The vendor is upgrading Jamf Cloud. (ID # 238410)
