Impact of the change on users:

There will be intermittent outages of the Wi-Fi and wired networks, as well as Mason phones, in Katherine Johnson Hall on the first (A & D wings) and third (A wing) floors. Prior to the planned maintenance, please save all work that is network-dependent (i.e., files synced to OneDrive or saved to the M: shared drive) and plan accordingly for phone calls if you are using Mason phones. Cell phone service will not be impacted.

Reason for the change:

ITS is performing required upgrades to the network switches in the building. (ID #184769)
