Impact of the change on users:
During this maintenance window:
- Users will not be able to log in to Imaging
- “Add” and “Retrieve” functions in Admin Apps will not work
- Uploading documents through Finance Self Service will not be available
- Documents cannot be submitted through automated integrations (API calls)
- Documents sent through integrations during this time may not process correctly and will need to be manually handled after the maintenance window
After the maintenance is complete:
- Some administrative functions—such as adding or modifying repositories or updating user permissions—will remain unavailable until a new system license is obtained
Reason for the change:
ITS (Information Technology Services) is moving systems into Microsoft Azure to improve reliability, scalability, and overall performance.
