The departments listed below may not be able to send or receive calls during the maintenance period. The approximate contact center phone switchover start times are as follows:

  • 10 a.m.
    • Immunization/Student Health
    • ITS Support Center
  • 1 p.m.
    • Housing
    • HR/Payroll
    • International Programs
  • 4 p.m.
    • Admissions/Graduate Admissions
    • Counseling Center

Reason for the change:
ITS is moving call center phones from Automated Call Distribution to Webex Contact Center. (ID # 189144)
