The departments listed below may not be able to send or receive calls during the maintenance period. The approximate contact center phone switchover start times are as follows:

- ITS Support Center
- 1 p.m.
- Housing
- HR/Payroll
- International Programs
- 4 p.m.
- Admissions/Graduate Admissions
- Counseling Center
