Banner Admin Apps, Patriot Web & Select Services Unavailable

Impact of the change on users:

Banner Admin Apps, Patriot Web, and the following services will be unavailable during the maintenance window:

  • 25Live
  • AppWorx
  • Banner Access Management
  • ePrint
  • Imaging
  • Patriot Pass Password Management (password.gmu.edu)

Additionally, Ellucian Workflow will not be able to retrieve/update Banner data and grades cannot be pushed from Blackboard to Banner.

Reason for the change:

ITS is applying the latest upgrades for new features, bug fixes, and technology updates. (ID # 243112)
