Impact of the change on users:
During the maintenance window, you may be unable to log in to Adobe applications. After the maintenance, you will log in via Mason’s ADFS SSO login page (the same page when logging in to Office 365) when accessing Adobe tools. Users who are currently enrolled in Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) for Office 365 may be prompted to authenticate.
Reason for the change:
ITS is enabling SSO for Adobe Creative Cloud. (ID # 199642)
