Information Technology Services (ITS) is observing Cybersecurity Awareness Month. The theme for the month is Secure Our World.

• On Wednesday, October 16, from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., the IT Security Office will host cybersecurity trivia in the Johnson Center at Kiosks B and C. Contestants can win prizes for correctly answering questions about IT Security.
• On Tuesday, October 22, from 1 to 3 p.m., the IT Security Office will host an Ask Me Anything Reddit thread. See https://www.reddit.com/r/gmu/.
• On Wednesday, October 30, at 3 p.m. in Merten 1204, ITS will host the Associate Director of Verizon’s Network Security organization, Dennis Marti.  Please note this event has unfortunately been canceled.
