Matt Berlejung, Tracy Holt
I came to Tracy and Matt with a need, and they immediately jumped in with solutions and worked to help bring it from concept to reality. They are always great partners—collaborative, dependable, and focused on finding the best path forward. Their willingness to lean in and make things happen demonstrates the kind of commitment and creativity that makes a lasting impact on our team and the broader community. They truly exemplify the values at the core of our organization, and I am grateful for their partnership and contributions.

Mitch Fletcher
Mitch and his team have been incredibly helpful and responsive in supporting the deployment of software for our accounting analytics courses within the Costello College of Business to the Patriot VCL. They consistently provided quick turnaround on resolving issues as they arose, ensuring that our students were able to complete their coursework without disruption. Their dedication and timely support have been instrumental in maintaining the smooth delivery of our program.

Umer Shahzad
We were in a bit of a crunch trying to lift a new front-end process to our governance process during a quick turnaround time frame. Umer not only was able to get the form up and running but also provided valuable insight to how the process would work better. He was always a pleasure to work with and eager to lend a helping hand. Our process would not been operational in the time required for senior leadership to evaluate important initiatives at George Mason had he not been able and capable of completing the tasks we needed. Our team owes a huge debt of gratitude to Umer.

Jeff Kling
Two words—lawn signs. This is a space we have not ventured in much as an organization, and definitely not since before the pandemic, when rules were slightly *different.* Jeff was a critical player in ensuring our signs not only made it into the dirt but were in a good spot for maximum exposure and then kept an eagle eye on them for the duration of our allotted reservation (He was the first to notice when they were absconded by mistake!). His dedication to the task was admirable and eased my stress knowing he had it covered.

Ralph Smoyer
Ralph has been instrumental in the adoption and migration of the Archer tool to the cloud. Ralph indeed checks off all the boxes in the list of ITS values.
Communication: Exchanges clear information, understanding the best work is the result of listening with an open mind.
Archer’s migration to SaaS was no simple task. Ralph project managed the effort, coordinating and communicating between various stakeholders, vendors, and peer teams, to implement this complex transition.
Integrity: Takes responsibility for actions and the products of their work. Honors commitments.
Time and again, I have called and relied on Ralph to solve a problem and to a tight timeline. He takes responsibility of the task, researches, and then delivers results every single time.
Innovation: Creative, takes measured risks, and learns from their mistakes.
Be it solving integration complexities between Banner, Tenable, or vendor services, Ralph works well with all stakeholders, solutioning, testing, and then delivering to the task.
Respect: Shows empathy and professionalism in everything they do.
Note the separate kudos from Beth Brown of Risk, Safety, and Resilience (RSR). Everyone who works with Ralph often has high praises for him for being professional and supporting. Ralph understands urgency and prioritization, while making sure that he communicates the status of the work continuously.
Teamwork: Thrives by working with others, encouraging and celebrating individual contribution and responsibility.
Ralph is great at working with all, be it his immediate team or extended. He has a positive rapport with all of whom he interacts and recognizes people for their help and contribution.
We are really fortunate to have Ralph as part of George Mason!

Ralph Smoyer
This is a note to give kudos, complements, and gratitude to Ralph Smoyer for all he does to support the Risk, Safety, and Resilience (RSR) use of the Archer platform.
His responsiveness is consistent and fast, he is patient when answering questions, and clear when asking for me to see how a new function in the system works. He and I meet often and he is always supportive, even when my questions may not be ground-breaking issues for him.
I have lost count of how many times I have chatted with him on Teams regarding a problem or something I need his assistance with, and he responds to me rapidly 100% of the time. It is fantastic.
Thank you for assigning him to work with us.
