Thomas Zuo exemplified outstanding teamwork and initiative during a recent incident at Mason Square. He meticulously documented the extent of damage and promptly shared his findings with the EIS Network Security Engineering and Operations teams. Thanks to Thomas’ thorough and timely efforts, EIS was able to swiftly assess operational impacts—fortunately, minimal—and respond with confidence.

Matthew Berlejung
Matthew was a true lifesaver. We contacted him on Teams in sheer panic because our Teams channel/MS group was accidently deleted by a member of our team. It had ALL of our documents and if it was gone forever, we would have been completely done for. It also completely halted productivity for our whole team while it was down. Matthew responded to our message right away, even though it was after the end of his normal work day. He immediately helped us by troubleshooting on his end and was able to restore the group! He then stayed on to troubleshoot getting access to everyone as well. He was not only professional and responsive but also helped calm our fears in a really stressful situation. I can’t even begin to express how grateful we are. Thank you!!!!!!

A heartfelt thanks to our thoughtful leaders who warmly welcomed our newest ITS team members and shared meaningful tributes to honor our retirees. Thank you to this amazing team of people who stepped in to help with onsite and online logistics for the recent ITS Hail & Farewell event — from setup to tech testing to meeting monitoring, and everything in between. We really do thrive when we work together, and teamwork was heavily evident on this date, which ultimately led to a highly successful meeting. For some, showing up to help just comes naturally, and these folks are among those who excel at it. Thanks, team!

Unfortunately, my scheduled orientation volunteer was unable to make their session due to extenuating circumstances out of their control. Mike stepped in at the last minute to help out with the last orientation session of the year. I appreciate his continued support and enthusiasm. I made a mistake on approving an invoice prior to implementation. I immediately contacted Kate asking her if she could pull it from the payment process. Kate was right on it and was able to stop payment prior to it going through the system. Great work, Kate!! I truly appreciate the quick response.

Mike has gone above and beyond with helping get our contractor hired for working on the EAB Navigate Data Dump set up for success. The contractor’s work is time sensitive, and Mike has been on top of it the whole way! He has demonstrated great communication and teamwork skills by getting the VDI environment setup and tackling any issues, to include additional technical needs, done as quickly as possible. Mike has also displayed a strong sense of integrity with making sure the contractor’s VDI continues to operate without error. Thank you, Mike!
