The uses would login into edurouam or mason-secure but unable connect to the internet.

Initial symptoms: 

Customers were contacting the Support Center while Mason Engineers had noticed the same issues as the users.

Certain users would be unable to connect to the internet using the wifi.

ROOT CAUSE ANALYSIS
Cause: 

The DHCP server giving out IP’s for the eduroam wifi was running out of IP’s, the IP-scope had to be bigger to accommodate more users!!

Resolution: 

Enterprise Infrastructure Services created a bigger IP-scope for eduroam wifi.

Prevention: 

Enterprise Infrastructure Services set the new the DHCP pool to big enough to accommodate all the users on all 3 campuses using eduroam wifi.
