Clients noticed VPN connections using GENERAL tunnel were having issues.
Customers trying to make a new connection to the General VPN were not able to connect.
DHCP configuration mismatch for the General VPN. The correct subnet mask for the General VPN is /19 not /24. The tunnel was oversubscribed causing new connections to drop.
The subnet mask on the VPN tunnel was corrected
Verification of changes made to VPN in future.
