ROOT CAUSE ANALYSIS
Cause: 

Phishing incident within Vonage. They ended up with a complete shutdown/temporary pause in September.

Resolution: 

Vonage tightened their security protocols. Now require SSO or 2FA on all users of text messaging.

Prevention: 

We currently use SSO but 2FA has been implemented on all departmental lines.
