Very slow MESA M: drive response

Initial symptoms: 

Customers noticed MESA M: drive response started to be very slow.

Impact to Mason: 

All active MESA M: drive users. The MESA M: drive service was slow. Some active users had to reconnect, after the issue was resolved.

ROOT CAUSE ANALYSIS
Cause: 

System caching service faulted and resulted in slow response for M: drive.

Resolution: 

Reboot operating system

Prevention: 

Improved monitoring of system to increase response time.
