Customers noticing MESA M: drive response started to be very slow.
All active MESA M: drive users. The MESA M: drive service was slow. Some active users had to reconnect, after the issue was resolved.
Due to a technical account processing issue, the account processing was started during business hours. Usually this is done outside business hours. The processing resulted in slow response for M: drive.
Reboot of operating system.
Avoid account processing during business hours, except for emergency.
