ROOT CAUSE ANALYSIS
Cause:
A module on the core router connecting the Public Safety failed.
Resolution:
A second link was brought up and the bad module has been RMA.
Prevention:
The second (redundant) link failed during COVID time so we didn’t have enough people on-site to correct it. It should have two links for redundancy when the bad module gets here on Monday 12/7/2020
