The Data Center Received calls from user’s have network issues.

All users in the buildings that were affected by the Planetary Core Router outage. Faculty, staff and students in the buildings listed.

Network Access, Wireless (Wi-Fi) Network

ROOT CAUSE ANALYSIS
Cause: 

The Planetary Core router was down, investigating the cause of the outage maybe due to power?

Resolution: 

The PLNC Router was rebooted and all services came back online.

Prevention: 

Monitoring the Router and power, investigating with Vendor Support if they see anything unusual.
