Monitoring indicated that the network was unavailable
Root Cause Analysis
Cause
The ISP’s router was rebooted and in doing so lost some previous configurations.
Resolution
The NET team worked with Apogee’s engineer to increase MTU size to bring back the link and reestablish connection.
Prevention
Have adequate personnel available to work on the issue and establish clear POC’s when an outage happens.
