Katherine Johnson Hall (2nd Floor, B-Wing) in Science & Tech campus is experienced a network outage.
Root Cause Analysis
Cause
The switch lost connectivity from our monitoring system and NET couldn’t reach it remotely.
Resolution
To resolve the issue, the switch required a hard reset. Following the reboot, the switch resumed normal function and network services were restored.
