ROOT CAUSE ANALYSIS
Cause:
A Supervisor module on the Data Center switch failed.
Resolution:
Network Engineers replaced the Supervisor and restored backup configurations.
Prevention:
Have adequate inventory to minimize downtime while replacing equipment.
