ROOT CAUSE ANALYSIS
Cause: 

The cause of the service outage was high CPU load for the Fusion Router in the Data Center causing random traffic drops. Tx

Resolution: 

The cause of the service outage was due to high CPU for the Fusion Router

Prevention: 

Network Engineers are working with the vendor to determine the exact cause of the high load on the CPU of the Fusion Router and to determine who to prevent future occurrences.
