Firewall 1 had a failure, causing a switchover to the redundant Firewall 2. This caused a drop in sessions while Firewall 2 re-established connections.
The firewall redundancy took over., and Engineers will continue to monitor the systems.
Engineers are working with the vendor to determine what caused the issue with Firewall 1.
